What facts do you have that lead you to your statement? Read up on it.

AAFES has failed in there attempt to build our shopping mall. They have failed to provide us with a USA shopping experience and have pissed me off on numerous occasions. I often find things are not there when I need them and stores closed when I want to shop. AAFES is the only store in town, they should be open 24/7 365 days of the year, the same hours soldiers must work. They should have enough items at the store to keep shelfs full. They should have more people to handle home delivery of items that people cant carry by themself. They need to hire more people and lower there prices.  This can be done...... Just look at Walmart and Dollar Tree. I WANT MORE, I WANT BETTER, I WANT CHEAPER!!!!      >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I must be in Europe too long, but when did Walmart and Dollar Tree start home delivery. I guess that would be something to look forward to when I return.

You should read up on the KMCC Mall. AAFES is not the only company that should hold the blame. There are many different companies to blame.

You post that same reply in one more thread and you are going to be banned, Ntheno. We are not looking for some crazy person shooting off their mouth here. Complain- and be specific- and let these jokers know what and why and maybe even how they might fix it. It gets a lot more accomplished.

I know this is old news, but I often feel that I gotta play catch-up with these kinda things... so, here goes...

...Ntheno, seriously, WTF do you think about when you post these things? ...look, no store can please everybody. AAFES doesn't have the resources to start hiring more people, AND increase their hours, AND lower their prices, you can't just jump up and do these things. The military goes with the lowest bidder, and they got other things to spend money on. Wall-Mart had a lot of money go into it, AND has nothing else to spend money on other than the development of their store, and the Dollar Tree is, was, and will forever be cheap... and believe me, quality ain't exactly their priority, since they're cheap and all. Being cheap ain't always a good thing ...and i don't quite remember them having a delivery service either...

I heard from a person that works for a vendor at the KCMM store that AAFES basically has NO stock.  They opened the store and after they put everything on the floor there was little to nothing left in the back.  Go figure AAFES not having enough stuff to stock their own shelves.
