 Just to point out something here. Most of the items in the Power Zone come from a Vendor. And that we are at their mercy if and when they send. I had to personally get on a Vendor to bring more Sony Readers into the store. At the time it was a high request item from the soldiers who were deploying. Eventually he got them for us.

i get a lot of customers that research on google then come and try to f_over the associates and i get some customers that should research on google before coming to shop.
‘i don‘t know‘ is justified when immediately followed by ‘but i‘ll find out‘. only a moron would answer a question with ‘i‘ll find out‘ and nothing to precede it. )try it(.
only by touching the equipment can you learn it.
i don‘t know when the next truck will arrive, but i do know when it is scheduled.
aafes training is a bad idea very badly done. i ‘assist‘ so my colleagues can get back on the floor as fast as possible.
i don‘t think aafes does care about training. or it would do something about it. all is not well. but the numbers are good.

across the board most associates try to be knowledgable )becus its just plain embarrassing to look like a jerk(. some dont care and like to mess with the customers especially the rude ones.

dear customer, i‘m sorry your thing didn‘t come when i said it would but not for the first time something happened that got in the way. no, it wasn‘t a promise. no you cant have a discount because of that.
