According to legal procedure, the accusations must be against an individual and there must be a close tie between the perpetrators of a crime and those who are assisting. This tie has not been shown. The prosecutor must show that Carl Lundström personally has interacted with the user King Kong, who may very well be found in the jungles of Cambodia..

I really think it is pathetic that you have resorted to calling TheFreud names and threatening her because you got outed in a really public way. BTW, she doesn't have to say a thing. HQ reads this site, as do many people out in the field. No telling which one of them caught the thread before the edits and went "Aha!"

So.... Let's play a little game of chicken.

As I am in a rather froggy mood, and looking to jump. 10 days from now (that's would be March 27, 2009) If I have not received notice that this infantile, irrelevant, and unenforceable lawsuit against me and my website is dropped, I will post all communications I have received from these individuals to the front page of this site and my blog. I will be kind enough to remove the addresses, but not the names. I will also reinstate the thread to it's original wording (leaving out only the name of the one female who was mentioned).

I am SO done dealing with this, however, I am not willing to have my name and my integrity running around in an international court of law, even if it is nothing more than a ghost trail of paperwork. I will also be calling everyone in Texas at HQ regarding this matter and see how many fall by the wayside. I am hoping for all 3 of them- the one who started this crap and the two who went way over the line by involving the courts.

I will send a copy of this post to the German lawyer as well... and see where we end up.

Not yet- slight extension granted. I spoke with their lawyer. Apparently he had no idea what shite-house crazy loons he was on retainer for. I filled him in on the messages that had been sent to me by Mr. D. He sounded somewhat shocked...
So- I will be calling said lawyer back again tomorrow, and see where we are. Hopefully the lunatics will have dropped the matter, if not, we go to war, I guess.

I have decided to do this in phases.
Here are the first 3 messages I got from the clown who is suing me for personal info. While I must admit I haven't heard anything more from him demanding information, I also have not heard anything from him regarding this frivolous lawsuit being dropped either. I imagine that has to do with them waiting for stuff to be processed through the courts there, not because the issue has been dismissed. Next post will have the letter Mr. D sent me with the legal crap in it, copied and pasted out of his message to me. I will be nice enough to remove their addresses- not their names. Tired of that game.

These messages are posted word for word from what the guy sent me (Find me liable for THAT).
Come back for more later this week if the issue is not dropped. (P.S. I have contacted the ACLU- they like the idea of website owner being harassed for personal information by a court system.)

Get this fixed.

Read your e-mail and answer the lawyer letters.  We solve the problem and then me and my friends never ever come back here unless we have the same problem again.  Understand?  I really would like to stop now before you have to start spending money instead of time.

Easy fix, just two simple requests and it is over

Lets keep this simple shall we.  Just delete the blog, give me the IP accross like 6 different messages and we are finished.  No hassle.  I am not trying to scare anyone, I know who wrote the blog, IG is involved I just want the IP so I can physically prove who this person is.

There are hard ways and easy ways.  I got your attention but I dont want to cause you any hardship or headaches.  Hendricst53 needs to loose there jobs, and get out of AAFES, they cause several problems for several people through blatent lies.  U know, they work in IT and I bet one way or another they were resposible for some of your hardships as well

Can we work this out?

#3 (After my next answer of no, and telling him I was pretty sure he had no legal leg to stand on, and my promise of me accelerating this into a massive storm of trouble with IG, HQ, etc.

I appreciate you removing the names, although some of the responses still have my last name in them.


It is not this site nor the people that regularly seek this site that we want to get even with or harm.  Please, just help us out and everything stops here and we can move on.  The person responsible for the entry causes harm and anguish for many of us in AAFES, you would not believe how many would come to watch the downfall in a German court of law. (which are open to the public, and I would even send you a utube link)

I leave it up to you at this point, Me and Jeff have raged a little against the forum to push that theme back to its last pages with silliness that was not harmful and we will not ever be here again.  I will not login again, and this is my last plea. All of the legal issues are still within distance to call everything off. And a simple e-mail to the lawyer ends it immediately.

I have answered each of these in kind, basically explaining my "You can't have that, sorry." I have even explained it to them several times, in several ways... He's all butt-hurt and expects to bully me into a way of getting someone else fired to assuage his bad temper. He sounds a little nuts to me... youtube video? Really?
