The wall Street Journal reports that the Government has agreed to repay 7.4 million to military members who had tax refunds, etc taken for AAFES purchases. One reason being it fell outside the statute of limitations on the debts they collected for.

Any more information on this topic?  My tax return was JUST taken (literally days ago) - apparently right after their lawsuit was settled.
