I agree with you those people rude and unprofessional as long as the vendor give them small gift like  bracelet, key rain, some time this can be small carpet. To whom l will go to complain l have no idea. Couple of times l had a meeting with the other vendor about this issue unfortunately vendors are scared because of contracts will be cancel. Please can somebody help us even my badge is going to be due l cant go there to ask because l am afraid. Here is war zone and as personal thoughts when we see each other we can tell hello again one more time unfortunately those people even so week to tell vendor hello because we are TCN regarding to them.

Near as I can tell, the vendors have at one time or another engaged in the age-old practice of handing out small gratuities and the arses in charge are maybe demanding those gratuities in exchange for not losing their contracts.

They want to know who to complain to because complaining locally is resulting in retaliation and the loss of their concessions contracts. I would say call the hotline, but is there even a hotline number for Baghdad? I suppose someone *could* post Mr. Howard's email...  Shocked
