I swear when someone(DCM) is getting ready to retire, there brains are dead!!!we were  forced  to work overtime and told that we weren't aloud another break.(she should have read the union rules). Next, we promote people who do nothing else then to lie to cover for themselves and blame others so not to get into trouble. (this man has been in the USA for over 30 years an his excuse is they mis-understand me or no another manager did that.)  West coast, (wake up) he is now the ADCM, everyone needs a tape recorder to cover there butts now. Then you  have a predator (manager) that has dated HPP's,he slipped up didn't use a condom now this lady is pregnant and of course upper management looks the other way. There was a time with upper management found out, they relocate  them. NOT here!!! they promoted him to the lies position. we are all in trouble!!!AND sinking fast!!!!!

Just maybe,  this girl was looking for some fun.  People working close can be attracted to each other.  They may be transferring him for her sake.

They didn't transfer him. And what makes you think the girl was "looking for some fun"?

There are a few managers out there who make "looking for some fun" a condition of employment.  Cry Angry

In any case, there are clear rules about fraternization. Unfortunately, they only seem to apply to the underlings. I have seen quite a few management types transferred and/or promoted after an incident, while the associates they were involved with are disciplined or fired.

Hell, you can look to Dallas HQ and find several former store managers who have been caught with their pants down.  HQ is a safe haven for them and they can eventually be moved back to the field once the heat cools down.  Because we all know that AAFES managers are held to a very high standard. Sorry Dis, Don´t want to get you in an uproar.  If the situation that transpired was unwanted she can take it to channels outside Aafes.  Sexual harrassment is pretty serious stuff.  If she would get outside the system he would be held accountable.

But so many more WERE dumped "into the wild" and repeated their actions.
