It's management looking for associates to fire for saying bad things about AAFES on their own time. I heard a rumor that someone up the food chain is trying to make what AAFES employees say here grounds for firing.
Of course, after all the few regular fulltime employees they have would cost a fortune once they actually retire. A good way to avoid this cost is to get them fired before they ever get to cash in their benefits. If giving them a hard time don't work, they have to be fired and what better reason will there be than a "disloyal behavior"?
Then there are those who would deserve a promotion, for the longest, but dare to speak their mind, now AAFES can't have that, after all, where would they be if everyone was entitled to speak up???
Trust me, AAFES has no loyalty to their employees, but expect them to give it all... So, it is only natural that they want to fire guys who dare to put out the laundry.
